2. Ordering & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

• We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping

• Orders ship via USPS on Wednesdays only, to ensure freshness.

• Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
  Nicky’s Cookies is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we are not liable for its condition or retrieval.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, including those related to delivery delays caused by weather, restricted access, or high carrier volume.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds unless there is a verified issue with your order (e.g., wrong item shipped). Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with any concerns.

5. Cancellations & Changes

• You may cancel or modify an order by Monday, before your scheduled shipping Wednesday or delivery Thursday for locals. 

• Once your order enters the preparation stage, no changes or cancellations can be made.

6. Allergens & Food Safety

• All ingredients and known allergens are listed per product.

• Our cookies are made in a shared kitchen, and while we follow strict protocols to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely allergen-free.

• Customers with severe allergies are advised to exercise caution.
