We ship cookies the same day they are baked for the freshest experience possible. Orders placed between Thursday-Sunday will be filled on the next

baking day, which is on Wednesdays.

​Once your cookies leave our kitchen, it typically takes 1-3 business days to deliver your shipped order to your door.

Most packages arrive by Friday or Saturday— perfect time for a well earned weekend sweet treat.

 

Please double-check your shipping address — Nicky's Cookies is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost packages due to incorrect info or issues after delivery is marked complete. Once your package is delivered to the carrier we no longer have control of your goods.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays due to weather, high carrier volume, or access restrictions.

Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the numbers of orders and postal ZONE.

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies,

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once your order has shipped.

Cancellations

Need to cancel or change your order?
Contact us at least 2 business days before your scheduled ship or pickup date. Once preparation begins, orders can no longer be modified or canceled.
